Manager Business Control

Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Determine financial business planning to support corporate strategy on defining company’s strategy
• Coordinate the performance monitoring of strategic operational activities and project implementation
• Provide recommendation for business unit to improve their performance
• Manage subordinates’ performance and development

Requirements:

1. Min 5 years hands-on experience within the business control area in a relevant sector - telecoms, IT, management consulting
2. Hands-on experience in corporate financial activities planning
3. A proven track record of monitoring business performance against budget and business target
4. A thorough understanding of the telecom industries
5. Strong project monitoring skills
6. Solid interpersonal and communications skills (Verbal, Written & Presentation)
7. Fluent in English
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics (Master degree is a plus)
