Human Capital Business Partner

Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Provide internal consulting services in human capital management, OD, and change management areas
• Develop and execute continuous improvement program for human capital management
• Plan and monitor head count execution in the assigned directorate(s)
• Monitor and administer internal and external recruitment to ensure on time fulfillment of resources
• Develop and execute employee rotation scenarios
• Conduct job analysis and job evaluation for new and enhanced/enlarged jobs to ensure organization balance

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from Psychology/Human Resource Management (Master degree would be an advantage)
2. At least 5 years of working experience in Human Capital Management / Organization Development
3. Hands on experience in Organization Development and Human Resources Management
4. Hands on experience in conducting Job Analysis and Job Evaluation
5. Knowledgeable in change management
6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
7. High level of persuasive communication
8. Strong negotiation and coordination skills
9. Good presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels of employees and leaders
