Responsibilities:
- Assist on follow-up requests from site for client's callout requests approval for onshore commissioning assistance and vendor representative services;
- Maintain request registry and control listing;
- Coordinate and follow-up with Procurement Team and/or sites on raising of works orders to vendors for vendor representative and commissioning assistance services;
- Coordinate and follow- up on compiling and preparation of supporting documents for computation and updates into claim format for monthly invoice submission to client for all client's call out request services;
- Check and verify vendor invoices against request forms/client approved call-out requests;
- Coordinate and follow-up with VO Team on change order requests costs and claim submission to client for approval;
- Assist with the preparation of documents for computation of change order claims submission for monthly invoice submission to client.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred;
- At least 2 years project admin/cost control and contracts engineering experience;
- Competent in MS Office and those with knowledge in SAP system preferred.
- Those who are able to commence work immediately preferred.
