Duties:
- Report directly to the Revenue Manager, the incumbent will assist Revenue Manager on the supervision of all activities pertaining to Reservations Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profit.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel front office and reservations, among which at least 1 year at the same capacity;
- Expertise in room inventory control and yield management
- University/college graduate
- Excellent statistical, analytical and research skills
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Opera/Fidelio and CRS systems and Microsoft programs
