- Male, max. 30 years old, Bachelor degree from Any Major
- Min 5 years experience in similar position
- Experienced in developing Training Design
- Able to deliver training
- Good Knowledge in Training needs analysis and Company training plan (training calendar)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management skills and excellent follow-up ability
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
