Responsibilities
- Conducts claims process review and quality assurance.
- Deep understanding of claims handling and able to identify all relevant information and highlight deficiencies in the information collected.
- Demonstrates applied undertanding of quantification of loss and understand relevant procedures impacting on a claim based on the relevant law and regulatory issues.
- Understand the impact of the claims operation on overall business results and able to utilize financial reporting information and insurance performance measures in the management of claims.
- Demonstrates an awareness of market and competitor activities, data analysis and reach conclusions and make recommendations as appropriate.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferred skill(s): MS Office, claims handling experience, process management skill.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in calims or in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Claims/Settlement or equivalent.
- High analytical skill, detail oriented and tactful.
