Responsibilities

• Long Description : Surveyor, Worksheet Support
• Basic Function : Supervise, monitor, and maintain all activities of Survey Drafting/worksheet are met with quality standard, and completed in timely manner, complied with safety procedures, and company/client's requirement.

Job Responsibility :

1. Communicate and monitor company's safety and environmental policies to ensure subordinates perform their
2. duties accurately, effectively and efficiently in a safely and good condition manner.
3. Supervise, monitor, and control all activities involved in the process of Survey Drafting (Vulcan data processing, I-Site data processing, Hand Over, weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly report, up date reference map and plotting, publishing Work Sheet) to ensure smooth progress, standard quality and safety procedures have meet client and company's requirement.
4. Review, monitor, and maintain all drawing and mapping project at underground and/or other assign area to be created and documented properly in server to ensure up to date drawing and accurateness, to keep data history and any requirement, as it would be useful in analyzing historical data for future development.
5. Plan, prepare, and submit an accurate and comprehensive routine and special report of Survey Drafting/worksheet to superior to ensure availability data for performance review.
6. Coordinate with subordinate in survey activities to ensure the implementations are according with SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) in order to achieve zero accident at work.
7. Monitor and maintain the usage and maintenance of survey drafting software to ensure the availability and ready to use in order to support survey-drafting activity in all UG area.
8. Direct and control the special project assigned by superior at jobsite to ensure the project completion and customer satisfaction.
9. Build and maintain an effective communication with related parties to smooth the activity progress and fulfill the requirement related.

The key challenges in this position include:

• Ability to ensure Survey drafting result are correct, accurate and timely to fully support UG Survey activities and UG Operation activities. The incumbent should have strong drafting processing data knowledge, attention to detail, and strict on the schedule.
• Ability to maintain survey drafting software. The incumbent should have strong survey drafting software knowledge and knowledge to take care the software.

Requirements
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

• Minimum Education & Experience
• S1 degree in Geodesy with at least 1 year experience in related field or equivalent of education and experience.
