Candidate Specification To be considered for a co-op/summer/intern position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Studying for a Master's, Bachelor's level degree or diploma in an engineering discipline.
• A genuine interest in engineering design
• Enthusiastic and ambitious
• Outward facing with good interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with good organizational capability
• Effective in both verbal and written communication
