Description
The Senior Analyst - Program Design will report to the Manager - Onboard Products Planning, and will manage the product aspects of one or more aircraft in the American Airlines mainline fleet.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of long term Onboard Product strategy specific to Cabin Interiors (Domestic and International fleet)
• Working with external vendors, including seat suppliers and designers, to ensure all products are developed on time and within specifications
• Ensuring all relevant departments (Purchasing, M&E, Flight Service, Cabin Service, etc) are adhering to the timelines set by AA and Boeing for successful completion of programs
• Reporting all relevant communication up to the Manager for seamless messaging to the rest of the key stakeholders

Qualification:

• Extensive understanding of latest trends in Cabin Interiors
• Organized, energized, results oriented individual with strong analytical and presentation skills, able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong team player attitude and ability to work closely with others to achieve team objectives
• Some travel required
• Undergraduate degree required
