Sales Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ITO professional to join our fast growing Oil & Gas business. Reporting to ITO Leader in Singapore, you will instrumental in participating in a commercial and sales team driving growth within the region.

Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities are :

• Be responsible for proposals preparation, ensuring completeness and responsiveness.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and collaborate with Application/Product Engineering to determine design.
• Coordinate efforts of the Product Platform, Quality, Sales, Legal, Engineering, EHS, Materials Management, and Manufacturing in responding to customer inquiries.
• Be accountable for overall Project proposal strategy.
• Drive Risk process implementation for proposals.
• Lead & be accountable for the Pricing and Margin for quotations.
• Supporting the Sales Team with customer regulations whilst ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessments
• Support Sales Force in opportunity development/assessment and presentation with Customer
• Achieve financial and operational targets committed for the assigned Area
• Lead Hand-Off for project execution phase (OTR)
• Work to all required Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Policies
• Work to all required Compliance and International Trade Control regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Ideally you'll have a degree in Engineering and have 5-7 years experience in ITO. Preference given to candidates with Oil & Gas experience in Land & Offshore business and knowledge of drilling and production equipment.

• Fluency in English
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Self Starter, able to work on their own initiative
• Team Player with customer centric approach.

Desired Characteristics

• We ideally would like a candidate who has covered a similar role previously and or has had knowledge of the region.
• GB/BB certified.
