Sales Administrator (Japanese MNC)

The Job:

• Liaise with internal customers for work flow clarifications and assist them in completing application forms for various products
• Processing of all customer orders by entering accurately into the Order entry system. Ensuring accuracy of invoicing and follow up of all internal and external customers’ contracts.
• Work with processing teams to ensure smooth delivery of service
• Liaise with Accounts on customers’ bill issues and help investigate on bill discrepancies
• Daily communication with sales staff and respective divisions to ensure excellence in customer service and timely delivery of service.
• Handling all administrative tasks related to customer orders.
• Providing Secretary support to the Sales team and Division Director
• Handling of incoming phone calls

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with good organizational skills.
• Dynamic, self driven
• Able to perform in a fast paced environment
• Speak fluent English and Mandarin (to manage Mandarin Speaking counterparts)
