Project Officers (Estate Mgt / West )

Job Description
The successful candidates will provide technical support under the Estates Division to various departments:

• Officer - Building

To operate, execute and undertake repair and maintenance of all building works, related equipment and systems in the institute and working with external contractors.

• Officer - Mechanical

To operate, execute and undertake repair and maintenance of all mechanical related equipment and systems in the institute and work with external contractors.

• Officer - Project

To deliver successfully all new build, refit, refurbishment, and relocation projects including capital improvement projects which contributes to the Institute's mission by providing quality estate management solutions and services to all departments, staff and members / students of the Institute.

Requirements

• NITEC / NTC3 / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering/ Estate Management/Building Services
• Minimum 3-6 years of work experience in general building maintenance
• Fire Safety Manager Certification is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to perform shift work
