Programme Administration Executive (Degree/ 5days / West)

Responsibilities

• To handle the programme administration for Social Science Core and Chinese Programmes and Malay and Tamil Programmes
• To work closely with the heads of programme and the school manager to oversee the degree programmes and organize school-related events.
• To handle various programme administrative tasks and projects efficiently within given timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in the arts and social sciences
• 2 to 5 years' relevant working experience
• Excellent command of the English language and proficient in languages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in the use of e-learning and multimedia technology is an added advantage
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work with academics, students, and other administrative executives.
• Ability to multitask and attend to detail
