Project Manager (IT)

The Job:

• Responsible to rollout solutions to meet customer requirement and schedule according to approved budget.
• Manage and coordinates with other divisions, vendors and subsidiaries to deliver comprehensive services.
• In-charge of solution architecture, project planning, controlling and monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Manage the designated vendor and ICT contract to ensure the designated vendor meets contractual obligations, leading to successful delivery of the project.
• Conduct ICT strategic review, identifying and exploiting suitable technologies, strategies and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Manage the customer’s expectations, develop and actively engage customers so as to enhance customer intimacy and influence and to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for project team formation, study proposal from pre-sales, vendor selection, verify vendor proposal, work with project members to estimate project effort and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
• Minimum 4 years of relevant IT experience in designing and deploying enterprise level network and systems infrastructure
• Have vast technical experience in the areas of ICT project handled medium to large projects for various Enterprise customers.
• Good knowledge of servers, network, IT security, desktop and ICT operations to effectively manage vendors
• Team player who can work independently within established guidelines and procedures.
• Certified Project Manager Certification is a must.
• Related technical certification are advantage : MCSA, MSCE, MCITP, MCITS, RHCE, AIX Certified Engineer, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, JNCIS, JNCIP, BCCCA, BCCCP, CISSP
