BP's Exploration and Production segment focuses on finding reserves of oil and gas, developing the means to extract and process it and then consistently producing and transporting it to market. BP E&P Global Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSCM) is responsible for working with Strategic Performance Units (SPUs) and other functional groups to maximize value delivered from expenditures with third parties. PSCM provides procurement and supply chain management for oil and natural gas exploration, development and production and related transportation and processing activities. The PSCM function is envisioned as a key lever to provide a significant contribution to BP's bottom line and is in the midst of implementing a new Strategy to enable BP to meet its targets on cash costs, capital expenditures and production.

Key accountabilities
- Maintain and implement Safety and Operational Integrity (S&OI) agenda by implementing Health Safety Environment (HSE) standards as per company and regulation compliance
- Develop alignment between Global vs Region / Local process and ensure compliance for all government & company regulations
- Engages and provide guidance to Wells team on PSCM process and risk management
- Develop and facilitate procurement process, demand management and market approach
- Maintain appropriate communication with BPMIGAS especially for tender plan and award
- Process contracts and ensures legal liabilities and possible system performance issues are identified and addressed.
- Works as a team with Global and Region Wells department and other groups such as Legal, FC&A, HSE to ensure delivery of the service through effective communication
- Manages supplier relationship and engagement in a professional and ethical standard
Bachelor degree in Engineering from reputable university
Essential experience and job requirements
- At minimum 10 years working experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management
- Excellent knowledge of Wells Contracting development & management process
- PTK 007 BPMIGAS certification is an advantage
- Have a consistent record of effective performance in different business context
- Able to work as a team as well as an individual contributor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent in English communication both spoke and written
- High initiative with continuous improvement attitude
- Positive mindset with ‘can do’ attitude
- Easy to adapt and fast learner
