Call Centre Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming calls and customers’ queries
• Coordination of assignment of jobs to the technicians
• Process weekly and monthly reports and other documentations as required
• Confident in handling clients’ calls and possess excellent customer service
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations and solicit feedback for improvement
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Word/Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Service oriented and customer focus
