Marketing Supervisor - Nationwide (Urgent)

Job Description:

Role:

To maximize sales volume and Market share in the assigned zone
Maintain and develop distribution system

Responsibilities:

• To ensure contract signed between the Company and distributor (stock, debt, purchase order, promotion programs…)
• To implement sales target and run promotion programs
• To propose solutions to hit sales target
• To supervise and train sales team
• To visit retailers frequently and maintain good relationship with retailers
• To update market information

Requirement:

• Male, age from 25-32
• Working places: Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Ha Tay, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Vinh Long, Ca Mau.
• University, college or secondary certificate
• At least 2 years experience in sales or sales supervisor at FMCG
• Experience in supervising and training salesman
• Trustful, dynamic, healthful
• Local staff is preferred
