Monroe Consulting Group is working on behalf of a Hong Kong-based conglomerate, which has specialized in the manufacture of clothing for the world’s leading brands for the last 60 years. This respected company is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer manager to lead a team of five people in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Design overall plant layout, identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop the tools and processes for effective transportation of materials between various areas of the plant
• Work content reduction, work aids and machine evaluation
• Production balancing and layout
• New IE Concepts and Tools

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (min.) in industrial engineering
2. Experience from electrical manufacturing company preferred
3. Great people management skills
4. Drive to produce results
5. Focus on solutions
6. Customer focused
7. Good influencing skills
8. Analytical
9. Excellent project management skills
10. Good attitude
11. Male/Female, 30 - 40 years of age
12. Have 3 – 5 years experience in the same area
