Japanese Native / Speaking Partner Support Executive

Role description:

• Answer phone calls and respond to chat from partners. Follow up on any open issues to resolve partner issues quickly.
• Support email inquiries regarding partner programs, partner account information, partner fees, opportunity registration partner rebates, etc. and respond within pre-defined SLA.
• Perform outbound calls when required.
• Update and maintain partner information in the system.
• Summarize call, chat and email volumes to management.
• Escalate program/technical issues to the subject matter expert.

Required experience/skills:

• 2+ years in customer service. Channel experience at a high tech company preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated in a cross-functional, fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Fluent in both English and Japanese
