Field Specialist Trainees

Competence:

• Have knowledge of the plantations or crops.

Requirements:

• Open for Fresh Graduates.
• Minimal Bachelor Degree Agronomy, Pests and Plant Diseases, Soil Science, Social Economics of Agriculture, Plantation.
• No older than 27 years.
• Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
• Healthy physical, spiritual, and not color blind.
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to the environment, working in teams, and able to work in accordance with the target.
