Sr. HR People Development Manager

Competence:

• Being able to develop strategies and policies in accordance with the recruitment prorgam Man Power Planning, standardized organizational structures, and Job Profile of the company.
• Able to make decisions regarding the conduct of the recruitment program and works in the field of People Developmenent.
• Able to strategize the implementation of programs through employee recruitment and program internal or external recruitment in accordance with the applicable standards.
• Able to supervise and take policy in the management of program placement, induction, and on the job training of new employees.
• Able to prepare a strategy and implementation of employee career development programs through mutation, promotion, or demotion based on results and performance of employees.
• Able to develop the concept of competency-based talent management and in accordance with the vision, mission and corporate strategy and are able to develop Individual Development Plan (IDP) and the Individual Career Plan (ICP) to meet the right man, on the right place, at the right time , and on the right job.
• Being able to monitor the implementation of competency asessment employees and adopt policies to program improvement and development of employee competencies.
• Able to build good relationships with corporate stakeholders.
• Capable of leading the work team.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management.
• Minimum age of 40 years.
• Willing to be located in North Sumatra.
• Experience in HR or People Development with a minimum level positions Assistant Supervisor or Manager.
• Healthy physical, spiritual, and able to socialize and communicate well.
• Willing to foreign service.
