Field Conductor (500-700 acres)

Competence:

• Able to organize daily work plans of the target area or block area that will be done, manpower requirements, work equipment, facilities and infrastructure work.
• Able to manage all its resources to achieve the target.
• Able to control the overall effectiveness of activities in order to achieve the production target in accordance with applicable SOP.
• Able to make the report work progress daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Capable of leading the work team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Minimal S1 Agriculture.
• No older than 35 years.
• Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
• Experience in managing oil palm plantation area ranges from 500-700 ha.
• Healthy physical, spiritual, and not color blind.
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to the environment, working in teams, and able to work in accordance with the target.
