Field Officer (750 - 1000 acres)

Competence:

• Able to make a monthly work plan for the harvest (interval), fertilization (based on the recommendation), treatment (based on the annual schedule), infrastructure and heavy equipment in the scope of work.
• Able to control the presence of manpower (foremen) and provide direction on work to be done every day.
• Able to manage the implementation of manuring, nursery, harvesting, and or maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures that have been set.
• Able to perform improvement projects to the achievement of targets in each activity.
• Able to make statements and reports Crop Cost & plasma.
• Able to establish effective communication with community leaders about the nature and social environment.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience.
• Minimal S1 Agriculture.
• Minimum age of 35 years.
• Willing to be based in Riau, South Sumatra, West Kalimantan.
• Experienced in managing oil palm plantation area ranges between 750 - 1000 Ha.
• Healthy physical, spiritual, and not color blind.
• Ability to work in accordance with the target, has the ability to socialize and communicate well, spirited leader, and able to work in teams.
