Estate Manager (4000 - 6000 acres)

Competence:

• Able to manage the area with an area of ​​palm plantations 4000 - 6000 acres.
• Capable of implementing the farm management system.
• Able to make a budget plan (budget) and monthly work plans for the plantation management activities.
• Able to manage all its resources to achieve objectives operating unit.
• Able to evaluate performance and set performance improvement program through the company's improvement project.
• Able to develop and implement a development program to increase corporate productivity.
• Able to build good relationships with corporate stakeholders.
• Capable of leading the work team.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years experience.
• Minimal S1 Agriculture.
• Minimum age of 35 years.
• Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
• Experienced in managing oil palm plantation area in the office of DM / ADM.
• Healthy physical, spiritual, and not color blind.
