- To achieve profitability in PT. Holcim Beton operations, through:
- The delivering of new high class production facilities which meet current and future needs to production team, on time and under budget
- Reviewing potential acquisition targets for “operational” suitability and attractiveness
- Upholding the highest standards of HSE in everything that you do
- This job description covers only the key responsibilities for the job. Every employee should accept flexibility to carry out other tasks as reasonably instructed by superiors ( including Project Managers/Coordinators), to cooperate with other departments when required and to participate in specific projects when requested
Education :
- Graduate from S-1 (Bachelors) in Engineering
- Management study and formal training in technical aspects of concrete are desirable
- More than 2 years in Concrete (or like) industry
- Technical / Sales and Production experience in Concrete Industry
- Proficient with MS Office ,SAP and Lotus Notes
- Good in English both oral or written
- Knowledge of Batch Plant system
- Understanding of project management
- Customer relation skills
- Diplomacy and Excellent Negotiating skills
- Good team-work
- Integrity and honesty
