Community Partnership Staff

Competence:

• Able to solve problems of industrial relations, both with government officials, law enforcement agencies, the private sector, as well as the community around the plantation area.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience.
• Minimum S1 Law.
• Minimum 25-year-old.
• Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
• Mastering the rules and the Act on Industrial Relations.
• Have experience working as a PR.
• Strong communication or lobby as well as good socialization.
• Willing to foreign service.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
