Main responsibilities include:

1.2.1 Provide pre-contract support, including:

• SOC review and analysis, filter out non-standard requirements and clauses;
• Design overall commercial model (commercial terms and conditions);
• Analyze and manage (commercial) risks;

1.2.2 Negotiate contracts, including:

• Lead the negotiation team to execute the negotiation;
• Plan the negotiation strategy;
• Organize the negotiation process and lead the negotiations;

1.2.3 develop the Commercial Platform.

• Co-develop (local) contract templates and clauses;
• Co-develop and/or implement workflow tools, processes, procedures, templates, etceteras;
• Co-develop guidelines and clauses for Enterprise business.
