- Able to manage the implementation of job analysis and review / design the organizational structure and all its attributes.
- Able to design and manage the HR System, Man Power Planning, and HRIS to achieve the target company's productivity.
- Able to establish and review systems management companies to create business process integration.
- Able to build, manage, and develop the Corporate Culture.
- Able to manage and develop the Change Management program to improve organizational productivity.
- Able to build good relationships with corporate stakeholders.
- Capable of leading the work team.
- Experience of at least 5 years.
- Minimal Bachelor Degree Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum age of 35 years.
- Willing to be located in North Sumatra.
- Experience in HR or Organization Development with a minimum level Supervisor position.
- Healthy physical, spiritual, and able to socialize and communicate well.
- Willing to foreign service.
