Competence:
- Able to plan in accordance with the recruitment prorgam Man Power Planning, standardized organizational structures, and Job Profile of the company.
- Able to manage the recruitment of employees through internal and or external recruitment to meet the manpower needs of the target will fill positions in the company's organizational structure.
- Able to design and develop a management program placement, induction, and on the job training of new employees.
- Able to develop employee career development programs through transfer, promotion, or demotion based on results and performance of employees.
- Understanding and managing competency based talent management and able to prepare Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Individual Career Path / Plan (ICP) to meet the right man, on the right place, at the right time, and on the right job.
- Able to perform asessment employee competency and develop program improvement and development of employee competencies.
- Able to build good relationships with corporate stakeholders.
- Capable of leading the work team.
- Experience of at least 5 years.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Psychology or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum age of 35 years.
- Willing to be located in North Sumatra.
- Experience in HR or People Development Supervisor with a minimum level positions.
- Willing to foreign service.
