Group Estate Manager
Competence:
Able to manage the area with an area of palm plantations 10000-20000 hectares.
Capable of implementing the farm management system.
Able to make a budget plan (budget) and monthly work plans for the plantation management activities.
Able to manage all its resources to achieve objectives operating unit.
Able to evaluate performance and set performance improvement program through the company's improvement project.
Able to develop and implement a development program to increase corporate productivity.
Able to build good relationships with corporate stakeholders.
Capable of leading the work team.

Requirements:
- At least 8 years experience.
- Minimal Bachelor Degree Agriculture.
- Minimum age of 40 years.
- Willing to be placed on the entire Operating Unit Wilmar Group.
- Experienced in managing oil palm plantation area in the office of Sr. Estate Manager.
- Healthy physical, spiritual, and not color blind.
- Discuss able to communicate in Indonesia and English both orally and in writing.
- Computer literate with good.
