Area Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• To manage the day-to-day activities of sales team in the assigned zone to implement the Company’s overall sales strategy
• To analyze and manage sales progress, promotion programs
• To build and develop a professional distribution network in the assigned zone
• To manage and appraise distribution system
• To carry out and analyze market surveys
• To coordinate with Brand Department to manage and implement brands campaigns
• To manage and train sales team (Marketing Supervisors, Salesmen, etc)
• To contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and contribution strategic for area of responsibility

Requirement:

• Male, age from 28-36
• University degree
• At least 2 years experience in ASM position at FMCG
• Able to work independently
• Experience in managing and training salesman
• Good English and PC skills
• Willing to travel, decisive, and flexible
