Accounts Assistant / Senior Accounts Assistant

Job description:

Perform accounts payable function
Process supplier’s invoices in multi currency environment using SAP software.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Reconcile supplier statement with book balance
Prepare monthly payment to vendors
Fixed asset accounting

Requirements:

• ITE / A-level / O-level with Accounting background. LCCI/CAT will be considered.
• At least 1-2 years accounting experience in Accounts payable.
• No experience will also be considered
• Pro-active and a team player
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
