Currently,we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as 2G/3G RNO Engineer position


Main Task :

• Responsible for the oversight of GSM &WCDMA, 2G/3G performance.
• Proactively monitoring and analyzing market performance, identifying issues and working with appropriate field team to improve the KPI.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyze trouble area and determine the appropriate corrective actions.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform daily analysis using a variety of GSM & WCDMA performance monitoring tools to resolve anomalies, faults, and identify trends that require additional troubleshooting on a multi equipment vendor platform.
• Analysis drive test data and STS report to achieve optimal system performance of multi vendor network.
• Identify and resolve problem sectors that caused system performance degradation issues based on report.
• Generate reports for analysis of service trends and quality in the network for different customer on a multi equipment vendor platform.
• Working with the field team to solve the identified problem and remain a healthy KPI.
• Evaluate the KPI definition and recommend the changes for improvement.
• Recommend and apply the cell parameter changes to solve the network quality issue and improve the KPI based on multi vendor equipment.
• Generate solution and processes report on RF design, RF performance optimization, Feature roll out, installation and Frequency planning for GSM & WCDMA network.
• Implement UMTS optimization/acceptance plan, sponsor best practices, assess and escalate system issues to RAN, Core, Data design teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/S1 in Telecommunication/ Engineering / IT
• Minimum 2 years over all RNO engineer experience and minimum 1 years in WCDMA optimization environment.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to delight the customer as well as work well with other team member.
• Proficiency of using the following or similar tools: Map Info, Tems, Actix, Cellplan, Agilent DMT, Planet EV, and Enterprise.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and other general applications.
• Demonstrates exceptional capacity for taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
• Engineer experienced in CDMA and Wimax is a plus.
