- Medical degrees from a recognized university
- A post-graduate training in paediatrics, public health or a related field

- At least one year professional experience in the field of child health and development. Experience in programme implementation related to Child Health, this includes developing and plan proposals, monitoring, implementation and writing reports
- Experience in working with international agencies;
- Familiarity with WHO policies and practices;
- Familiarity with government structure and procedures;
- Working experience with WHO or other UN Agencies at the national and international level is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of English and Indonesian
- Good communication skills and ability to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds. Ability to make oral and written presentations on technical issues; ability to draft reports
