In 2002 the company name was changed to PT. Iforte Solusi Infotek, which reflects the corporate vision and mission. Within  companies, we have our own infrastructure and the capability to provide internet and data communication solutions. We have broadband VSAT network across the nation and SOLUSI.net as the ISP (Internet Service Provider), primarily to the corporate markets.

Currently,we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as RNP Engineer position


Main Task:

• Responsible for design and optimization activities on networks including; cell planning,
• Propagation Model Tuning, coverage predictions,
• Traffic dimensioning, interference analysis, drive-testing, and performance analysis and monitoring

Job Responsibilities :

• Able to operate RNP tools,i.e: NetAct/PlaNet/Asset (aircomm) for both 2G and 3G.
• Able to do Site Investigation Survey (SIS) and Technical site surveys (TSS)
• Able to do Propagation Model Tuning
• Able to come up with RF Analysis based on Drive test and Prediction data.
• Abble to Control and manage the workload and performance of the SIS and drive test
• Understand the fundamentals of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS network system
• Customer oriented, proactive, self driven and able to meet tight deadlines of project
• Familiar work with Telecom Vendor and Operators
• Abbility to make impressive reports and presentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/ Engineering / IT
• Minimum 2 years Planning engineer experience
• Excellent written & oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to delight the customer as well as work well with other team member.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Proficiency of using the following or similar tools: Map Info, Tems, Actix, Cellplan, Agilent DMT, Planet EV, and Enterprise.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and other general applications.
• Demonstrates exceptional capacity for taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
