Currently, MarkPlus looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as Program Development Analyst position


Requirements:

• Male, max. 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering from
• reputable university with min. GPA of 3.20
• Min. 1 year experience in training company or as Lecturer Assistant will be advantage
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and have TOEFL min. 500 (please attached the certification)
• Have analytical thinking and passionate in Marketing knowledge
• Mature, Pro-Active, self-motivated, and hardwork
• Willing to travel accross Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting training need analysis based on requirement
• Developing training proposal for specific client
• Customizing training module based on client's training needs
• Preparing and organizing training delivery
• Developing creative and interactive training methodology to enhance training effectiveness.
