Description

• The Customer Service Staff within our Individual Insurance team are responsible for the following:
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
• Communicate directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degrees
• Call center services experience min 1 year, or Customer Service from insurance, banking or other financial services
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
• Strong computer skills
• Good interpersonal skill with strong influence & persuasiveness
• Strong customer services orientation with ability to resolve complains effectively
• Excellent communication skill & teamwork
