If you are in charge of implementing Industrial Projects with multi origin communicating control systems and telecom, from grass roots, to revamping or modifications in existing , you expect one high level of expertise single responsible party, taking care of all the systems engineering and tie-in interfaces, with a total quality approach and an optimized scheduling.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Human resource management, Law or Psychology
- Excellent communication skills with a good level of written and spoken English
- Female/ Male with Ideal age: 35-45 but not more than 50
- Must have minimum 10 years of experience in HR department
- Fluent in English both Oral and written
- Good communication and relationship skill
- Deep understanding in Government labor law regulation and HR Management System
- Have experience in handling payroll, employment contract and Jamsostek
- Have experience in handling recruitment
- Have experience in maintaining employee training and development
- Mature, positive thinking and business strategic people
- Have experience in handling organization development (organization structure, Job analysis, and performance management)
- Preferably have experience working in Oil and Gas Services Company.
