TNF was founded on February 11th, 1988. The construction of the manufacturing plant was begun on October 8th, 1990 and was inaugurated by the Minister of Health Republic of Indonesia, dr. Adhyatma M.P.H, on July 18th, 1992.
Initially, TNF produced only contraceptive products to support the National Family Planning Program, which has achieved various international recognitions. Up until now, we have expanding our product lines in contraceptive products, as well as OTC products and general health products.
Over the years, TNF strives to improve the quality of every product by optimizing technology and in house medical expert. TNF was awarded Good Manufacturing Practices certification (GMP) in 1992 for our facilities as well as every product we produce. Furthermore, TNF also was awarded ISO 9002 certification in 1997 and ISO 9001: 2000 for the Quality Management System. With our experience, expertise and technology, we are geared to participate in the global health programs.
Production facilities and good working environment have been designed to fulfill GMP standards. All products have undergone strict quality assurance and control testing including visual control physical and chemical test and microbiological test.
Our laboratories are equipped with modern equipment of international standards, such as LAF, HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), Particle Size Machine, GC (Gas Chromatography) and VIS (Visible/UV Ultra Violet)/IR (Infra Red) spectrophotometers ensuring raw materials, manufacturing process and finished goods meeting pharmacopoeia regulations.
One of our ways in providing good health solutions is by preserving the environment we live in. Thus, we have specifically set up a microbiological lab to ensure production waste does not have bad impact on the environment.
