Restaurant Manager

Work Location: Jakarta

Jobs Description:

• Manage the all day dining restaurant in order to achieve the business goals
• Oversee the people performance so that they will demonstrate excellent performance
• Build emotional connection with customers to ensure they are delighted and satified
• Oversee the safety and hygiene in order to reach the expected food safety requirements

Requirements:

• Has at least 2 year-experience as Restaurant Manager in 5-star hotel
• Has strong leadership skills, especially in driving result, inspire and motivate people and communicate effectively
• Able to build relationship with stakeholders
