Lean Coordinator

Work Location: Cikarang (Jawa Barat) - Kawasan Industri MM2100 Cikarang

Responsibilities:

• Organize the Lean Activities
• Provide training & mentorship to all related internal departments on Lean tools and specific projects requirements.
• Involve in any Quality Improvement initiatives and activities
• Reporting to Management
• To drive LEAN culture and behavior – To create a learning organization.
• Lead a team to execute and maintain the good LEAN system.
• Responsible for the overall process improvement management.
• Work with all related internal departments to ensure the production efficiency and eliminate systematic wastes.
• Adopt the LEAN rules and principles.
• Conduct Daily/Weekly/Monthly training for all workers at the factory.
• Figure out the weak process in the linked processes running in company and propose improving directions.
• Assist in the process of identifying, prioritizing and selecting high value LEAN/SIX SIGMA projects.
• Assist management in the process of quantifying and validating the financial impact of improvement projects.
• Responsible for providing communication both up and down on plans and progress of Lean implementation efforts in site.
• Coordinates Lean efforts across management through regular interaction with other function Managers and the sharing of “Best Practice” methods and ideas.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in similar position
• Having good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma and other process Improvement toolkits (minimum has Six Sigma Black Belt)
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18000 practices
• Fluent in English both Oral and Written with strong presentation skills
• Fast learner and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in tight deadlines.
• To be stationed in Kawasan Industri MM2100 Cikarang
