Responsibilities:

- Handling activities associated with the asset and its maintanance and addressing issues to ensure the work place and equipment can function properly in supporting the work
- Doing hospitalization fixed assets to ensure the condition of fixed asset records that were similar to conditions in the field and to meet the needs of employees
- Perform non-fixed asset inventory check to ensure the availability of items required in the process of working in regional offices.
- Conduct activities related to procurement of goods to expedite the procurement process
- Coordinating and monitoring budget and expenses associated with the GA to ensure that budget and expenditure in accordance with applicable regulations
- Perform related improvement scope of work to be getting the job done effectively and efficiently (Improvement GA devoted to GSO B)
- Make regular and accurate reports are needed on the activities of finance, personnel and regional GA to provide a complete description of the activities of personnel and general affairs
- Handle and monitor the administration kepersonalian necessary to ensure kepersonaliaan administrative services provided to employees in accordance with applicable regulations
- Handle the administration of recruitment and training (in house or public) are implemented in a systematic regional office for the implementation of recruitment and training to run smooth in accordance with applicable regulations
- Conduct activities related to finance activities in order to run properly and smoothly.
