Employee Relations Analyst
Work Location: Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and maintain the Company's Regulations contain provisions on the rights and obligations of employers and employees to hold onto a tie for the establishment of working relationships between companies and employees
- To monitor and resolve cases of violations of company regulations (PP) which occurs to carry out the work to discipline employees in accordance with existing rules in PP
- Conduct periodic Employee Engagement Survey, Employee Satisfaction Index data managing, and organizing and managing the programs together in the organization as a form of follow-up evaluation to strengthen the relationship between employees within the company
- Establish good relationships with internal and external (community, employment agencies, and other relevant institutions) to support the smooth operation of activities related to industrial relations
- Perform related improvement scope of work to be getting the job done effectively and efficiently
- Make the required reports, both routine reports and other reports required to give a complete description of the activities undertaken

- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
- With experience as an Employee Relations Analyst for 1 year
