IS QA/QC & Governance Analyst

Description of Work:

• Identifying risk, assessing risk, determining the control and risk mitigation, as well as testing the adequacy of risk mitigation implementation and control over IT services company organized.
• Supervise, provide training, encourage adoption, to review and provide improvement initiatives for compliance with regulations, company rules, SOPs and best practices related to IT management.
• Perform QA / QC to improve the quality of sustained demand starting from the stage, the development / construction, testing, delivery of IT services to review the performance of IT services.
• Ensure and assist the change management / project management within the IS Division to run properly and equipped with adequate documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimal bachelor degree from the Department of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Analysis skills and good logic.
• Interpersonal skills and good communication.
• Have a great interest in the field of Information Technology.
• Computer Literate: Mastering basic computer work and business applications.
• Programming: Mastering the preferred programming language of Microsoft. Net Family.
• Networking: Understanding networking technology LAN, WAN, TCP / IP.
• Basic Application: Understanding the Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
• Management System: Understanding international standard for IT management including ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27000 or COBIT.
