Monroe Consulting Group is working on behalf of a high-end retail company. This respected multinational is seeking an outstanding candidate to fill the position of Training Manager. The winning candidate will be responsible for the development and performance of all training activities. The successful applicant will also help oversee the production of an existing in-house publication.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Report directly to Human Resources Manager
• Design, develop and implement comprehensive annual training plan that supports company sales targets
• Enhance and deliver sales training to internal and external sales staff
• Monitor effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs

Qualifications:

1. University degree in any discipline, post-graduate degree an advantage
2. Four to 6 years’ experience as an internal and/or external training and development practitioner, working with mid-level to senior executives
3. Experience in a large, global organization is preferred
4. Good understanding of high-end retail industry as well as business standards and processes, sales, global trends in retail and product knowledge
5. Good understanding of related local regulations
6. Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
7. Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
