Description:

• The role will be to assist the OMC staff with Configuration Management-, Network Quality- and Field Service teams with tasks on trouble shooting, network configuration and Performance / Trace Management.

The scope includes:

• Act as Huawei Regional SPOC for the OMC and handle costumer escalations when needed
• Manage Process Input for Technical Support i.e. Trouble-Tickets from Radio Performance, OMC, NMC, Backoffice Transmission
• Fault analyses in cooperation with OMC and Supporting Field Service Technicians
• Cooperation/ Escalation to Huawei SLM/TLM inclusive Problem Correction Ticket creation
• Support Backup concepts, Disaster recovery process, System administration, Network inspection, Audit Reporting
• Conduct SW Changes through Release Management (Patch, Test bed, Software/hardware release process)
• Support Configuration Management, such as Data fill, Capacity extension, parameter changes, optimization changes
• Support the regular KPI review such as: sleeping (blocking) cells, seizure failure
• Reporting to OMC
• Conform with VF Reporting structure
