主な業務内容

• 当社の主要な無線関連エンジニア業務の担当。主な例として顧客に対するコミッション・システムインテグレーション・メンテナンス・そのた技術的なサポートなどを顧客に対して行う。
• 顧客との間で技術的な課題の解決のためにあらゆる視点でのトラッキングやサポートを行う。
• 国内の技術サポートセンターなど密な連携を行い問題の解決に務む。
• 顧客やサブコントラクターに対する技術的な研修の実施。
• プロジェクトマネージャーと共同でエンジニアマネジメントを行い、リモートオンサイトでのサブコントラクターに対するマネジメント業務を行う。

Description: 

• Be responsible for wireless products technical engineering implementation in mainland markets. Such like commissioning, system integration, maintenance and technical support.
• Track and solve on time in every aspect of the technical issues with clients.
• Keep effective communication with domestic TAC (Technical Assistance Centre), to solve the escalated problems
• Provide necessary technical support and training to customer and local engineers
• Cooperate with Project Manager to deal with engineering management and Subcontractor engineer management on-site；
