Strategic and Planning Assistant
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the corporate strategy development process.
• Assist S&P Manager in coordinating related resources for the corporate strategy execution process.
• Monitor and analyze competitors' current activities and possible future strategies.
• Monitor current economice condition, demographic as consideration for the corporate strategy development.
• Facilitate business plan development and execution process reporting.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or equivalent from leading institution or from Insurance School (Trisakti IBS/ STIMRA preferably) with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Having min 3 years of experience in financial institutions, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provide the applicant with knowledge, skills and ability to perform the job.
• Strong knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures related to the business discipline of the organization, as well as good judgment in planning and accomplish strategic goals.
• Preferred skill(s): Good knowledge general economics, quality management and performance management practices.
• Ability meeting deadlines, high quality of work, result oriented, good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Corporate Strategy or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
