Service Coordinator (EIBU Service Division)
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers on service enquiry
- Provide support to Field Technicians on parts/consumable request
- Log in customer request for Service Job & ensure Job are assigned to Field staff to follow-up
- Provide quotation to customers' enquiries on service /consumable / parts purchase
- Call answering at call centre
- Data input on service activities (Job feedback & update system)
- Generate invoices & follow-ups
- Follow-up documentation on service requests
- Liaise with internal & external staff on progress of Job assignment
- Any other ad-hoc duties assign from time to time
- At least 1 year relevant experience admin coordination
- Good Customer Etiquette
- Good command of English
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications
- Meticulous and customer oriented person
