Product Manager ( Telecommunication Networks)

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with the Asia Pacific regions to support the company’s Telecommunication network related services
• Enhance and optimize the range of service offerings to adapt to Local requirements and the other overseas regions.
• Develop specific Products and Services for the Local market and APAC regions.
• Support Local and Regional sales teams to expand and grow the wallet-share of the product
• Establish NNI partnership with wholesale customers and carriers
• Develop bilateral, full channel service with carriers
• Adapt product literature, T&C and related documentation to local and regional environment
• Support achievement of top-line revenue for the Network and related services

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant
• experience in managing Telecommunication Network Products.
• Strong experience with both Enterprise and Wholesale Carrier Environment
• Ability to handle Telecommmunication Product and Service portfolio from L1 to L3, Traditional TDM, VPLS to MPLS to Layer-2 Ethernet.
• Exposure to MSS (Managed Security Service), UC (Unified Communication), NNI and related services is preferred.
• Exposure to computation of Pricing Tariff structure will be a bonus
• Those with experience in Presales support are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of Telecommunications Service and supporting Infrastructure (technical knowledge of layer 1, including SDH/ TDM/ ADM/ DXC technology, NNI, UC, SIP Trunking, various flavors of Managed Services and MSS amongst others)
• Market knowledge of Telecommunications and Product development in Singapore and APAC Region
• Familiarity with local and regional Carriers
• Good Project Management skills
